A Notary Public is a state-appointed official authorized to witness the signing of important documents, administer oaths, and help deter fraud.
By verifying identities and ensuring that documents are signed willingly and legally, notaries provide trust, protection, and peace of mind in both personal and business transactions.

Please bring the document you need notarized and a valid photo ID — such as a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued identification.
In some cases, additional paperwork may be required depending on the type of service.
-
Most notarizations take only a few minutes if you have your ID and documents ready.
If you have multiple documents or need several signatures, your appointment may take a bit longer.
-
Under current California law, a Notary Public cannot perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) where the signer appears by video instead of in person.
All notarizations must take place in person, with the signer physically present before the notary.
